Key Responsibilities:

Market Direct to Client

• Cold Call
• Door Knock Storm Damage Areas Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial roofs to identify storm damage and/or issues or necessary repairs.

Provide clients with detailed assessments and recommendations based on their roofing needs. Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, proposals, and project progress. Close sales and manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion. Help educate customers on the benefits of roof maintenance and replacement. Collaborate with our roofing team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or construction Is preferred but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented. Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
