Sales Professional Top Class Custodial Solutions Venice, FL • Hybrid work Sales Representative – Real Estate & Property Market (Commission + Launch Pay) TC Cleaning | Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee Counties (Remote/Field Hybrid)
Compensation:
Weekly launch support + commission + performance bonuses TC Cleaning is expanding across Southwest Florida, and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who’s ready to help us grow our client base in the real estate and property services space. You’ll be reaching out to professionals such as real estate agents, landlords, and property managers — setting appointments, introducing our services, and helping position TC Cleaning as the top choice for move-out, listing, and ongoing cleaning needs. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity with guaranteed launch pay during your first two weeks, followed by commission and ongoing bonus incentives as you help us scale. What You’ll Do Contact and build relationships with real estate professionals and small property owners Promote tailored cleaning solutions for move-outs, listings, and rentals Coordinate with our internal team to schedule appointments and follow-up Maintain activity and outreach logs (CRM access provided) Represent our growing brand with professionalism and purpose Compensation Package Week 1: $300 guaranteed launch pay Week 2: $350 guaranteed pay upon meeting activity goals Week 3 and beyond: $75-$100 per closed client $100/week performance bonus while consistently producing results Bonus tiers available for exceeding monthly goals We’ve designed this structure to reward both short-term execution and long-term consistency. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Self-starter who works well independently and meets deadlines Familiarity with the local market is a plus Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho or similar — training provided) Interest in real estate, home services, or client care industries Schedule & Expectations Flexible scheduling (10-20 hours/week average) Must be available for outreach during some weekday business hours Remote-friendly with optional field visits depending on client needs Ready to Grow With Us?
