We are still obsessed about providing great service and want to add high-performing individuals to accelerate our residential growth. This role will go door-to-door selling our residential waste service. The service sells itself, as every homeowner has residential trash. We have an incredibly strong value proposition, offering competitive pricing and exceptional service as a locally owned company. This simplifies the selling process for you! This position is a contract role, allowing you to set your own schedule and maintain flexibility. The is a commission only sales role with unlimited earning potential that is very lucrative for the right person. Specific details below. Arrow will provide training on the service, as well as dedicated administrative resources.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will act as an independent contractor. Going door-to-door (D2D) offering our exceptional waste service at a very competitive rate. We will train you on the service, and you set you free to sell! You will be compensated per conversion. Paid weekly. Below is a brief description of how compensation works. It is simple and transparent!
- You will be paid $80 for each sale
- Average sales per day range from 10-20+ for 5-8 hours of work. Example 1) Work 4 days per week, sell 10 leads per day (4
- 10•80=$3,200 per week).
$160,000 if you work 50 weeks in a year. Example 2) Work 5 days per week, sell 15 leads per day (5
- 20•80=$6,000 per week).
$300,000 if you work 50 weeks in a year.
