What You’ll Do Lead & Develop:
Recruit, train, and coach a team of door‑to‑door Sales Representatives.
Territory Management:
Plan and allocate target neighborhoods across our service areas.
Drive Sales Growth:
Set weekly and monthly goals; monitor performance metrics (appointments booked, subscriptions sold, conversion rates). Hands‑
On Selling:
Occasionally accompany reps on door-to-door calls to model best practices and close key accounts.
Reporting & Strategy:
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine scripts, pitch techniques, and territory assignments.
Team Motivation:
Foster a high‑energy, pet‑friendly culture; recognize top performers and implement incentive programs.
