This Role:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners protect their property and invest in quality solutions. You’ll represent a trusted brand with a strong reputation and work alongside a supportive team that wants to see you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door knocking, social media, referrals, and community networking Conduct thorough property inspections and accurately document damages Assist homeowners with insurance claims and attend adjuster meetings as needed Create proposals using our proven system and present them with confidence Upload signed contracts, photos, and notes into our CRM Ensure all project prerequisites are met before jobs are scheduled Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the entire project Address post-sale concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Collect final payments and request reviews or referrals
What We Look For:
A positive, motivated attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and reliable appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed Must be comfortable walking on roofs and lifting up to 50 lbs Basic tech skills (taking/uploading photos, CRM entry, email/text communication) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license A vehicle capable of safely transporting a ladder is strongly recommended
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years sales experience (preferred) Roofing or construction experience (preferred but not required) High school diploma or equivalent
