Salesman SheBuilds Roofing and Construction Lafayette, LA 70508 • Hybrid work Roofing Sales Representative (Commission Only) SheBuilds Roofing and Construction – Lafayette, LA SheBuilds Roofing and Construction is a woman-owned, fast-growing roofing company based in Acadiana. We’re known for quality, integrity, and being straight shooters with our clients — and we expect the same from our team. We’re currently looking for a hungry, driven, and self-motivated Roofing Sales Representative to help us bring in new roof replacements. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential — perfect for someone who knows how to hustle and isn’t afraid to knock on doors, follow up hard, and close deals. We don’t have leads handed to you on a silver platter — you’ll need to go get them.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, and community involvement Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on replacement options Build relationships with clients and walk them through the insurance process (we’ll help you learn this) Write estimates and assist with job closeouts Represent SheBuilds with professionalism and confidence in the field
What We’re Looking For:
Prior sales experience (roofing or construction preferred but not required) Excellent communication and follow-up skills A strong work ethic, confidence, and self-motivation Must have reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and occasionally climbing roofs Ready to work — we need someone who can bring in deals fast

$75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
