In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with community members through door-to-door outreach, telemarketing, and various fundraising initiatives. Your primary goal will be to communicate important information about our organization and its mission while effectively promoting our programs and services. $40 bonus per set appointment Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage potential supporters and inform them about our initiatives. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to individuals and promote our programs. Build rapport with community members, effectively communicating the benefits of supporting our cause. Negotiate with potential donors and supporters to secure commitments for fundraising efforts. Supervise and train new canvassing team members, ensuring they understand the objectives and strategies of our outreach efforts. Participate in electioneering activities when necessary, advocating for candidates or issues aligned with our mission. Collect data on community interactions and report back on outreach effectiveness. Skills Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse community members. Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills to effectively engage potential supporters. Background in telemarketing or fundraising is beneficial. Ability to supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
