As we expand throughout the Charlotte area, we’re seeking experienced Roofing Sales Reps who are ready to maximize their earning potential and grow with a winning company. What You’ll Be Doing Generate and manage your own leads (referrals, door-to-door, events, or self-sourced) Educate homeowners on roof replacements, storm damage, and insurance restoration Provide free inspections and use our quoting tools to offer transparent, competitive estimates Close deals and manage projects from contract to completion Represent Triumph Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction What We’re Looking For Proven experience in roofing or home exterior sales (1-3+ years preferred) Strong closer with the ability to build trust quickly Solid understanding of the insurance claims process for storm-related damage Self-motivated with a desire to make $150K+ annually Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to canvass and sell in the Charlotte region (Waxhaw, Huntersville, Concord, Matthews, etc.) What You Get Top-tier commission structure
