- Apartment Readiness Walkthroughs in Raleigh ($30 (Raleigh) compensation: 30/hr Looking for a responsible person to assist with 2 apartment appointments on Friday, June 27th & Thursday July 3rd in Raleigh.
This icompleting a move-in readiness walkthrough form.
Pay:
$30/hr
- paid via Venmo or CashApp once completed Each inspection should take 20-45 minutes, paid 1 hr minimum Appointment #1: Friday June 27th after 3:00 PM OR Saturday 6/28 after 10 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete detailed unit walkthrough via form:
- Take and upload photos via google drive & confirm guest readiness
- Print out one page info sheet & leave written Wi-Fi & property info on the sheet
- Set up wifi name &

- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude
- Show up 15 minutes early
