Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Outreach Representative to introduce The Welcome Company to local businesses in our current submarkets and throughout the Triangle. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, sharing great opportunities, and being out and about in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local businesses in assigned areas to introduce them to The Welcome Company Hand out business cards, brochures, and other materials based on business type Explain our mission and how we support local business growth Encourage business owners to schedule a follow-up call or meeting with our sales team Log visit details and potential leads
Qualifications:
No formal experience required, but a background in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus Strong communication and people skills Self-starter with a friendly and professional attitude Comfortable going door-to-door and talking to business owners Reliable transportation is required
