⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Get out to Vote Canvasser/Literature Distribution – $350 for the day (Spanish Harlem) compensation: $350 for the day 10am-9pm with 2 (1 hour breaks in between) Job title: Get Out the Vote Ambassador/Canvasser/Literature Distribution We are a progressive campaign hiring GOTV ambassadors to support a City Council candidate in the Spanish Harlem. A strong commitment to progressive values is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with voters door to door educating them about our supported candidate and the importance of their vote.
• Distribute Literature to Designated buildings.

Compensation:

$350 for the day 10am-9pm with 2 (1 hour breaks in between) Employment type: Tuesday, June 24th

Election Day Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and oratory skills
• Ability to memorize a short script and adjust as needed for audience
• Ability to meet goals
• Able to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Punctuality!
• Highly motivated
• Previous canvassing experience, either paid or volunteer, is not required, but will receive preferential treatment.
