• 120,000+ (Seasonal, Performance-Based) About the Opportunity We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Pittsburgh-based solar sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives .

This is a unique opportunity to relocate for the summer season , engage in face-to-face outreach , and earn exceptional income in a high-demand, fast-growing industry. As a D2D Solar Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, conducting in-person consultations, and guiding clients through the process of switching to clean, cost-effective solar power. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, confident communicators, and ready to embrace a high-performance, high-reward sales environment . Key Responsibilities Relocate to Pittsburgh for the full summer season (housing support may be available). Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule consultations. Clearly present the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy solutions. Build relationships with homeowners and overcome objections with professionalism. Work 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday), actively engaging prospects for 6-8 hours daily. Track progress and follow up with leads using CRM tools and team support.
