We’re seeking aggressive, money-driven leaders who have been honing their skills and are ready to take on the Regional Manager role from the ground up. You’ll knock on doors, close deals, and coach new agents to dominate. No excuses, just results. We screen, interview, classroom-train, and hire your agents. You hit the field, show them how to win, and develop their sales skills. Maintain 1 sale/day (5/week) to keep the role, and we’ll add 1 agent/week to your team, scaling to 10+ reps. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of residential door-to-door sales for Xfinity’s Products and Services. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, training, and team development.

Role & Responsibilities:
Frontline Leadership:

Managers are required to maintain 1 sale daily (5 weekly sales). Actively lead by example in the field and in the office by; setting sales strategies, coaching, and mentoring daily.

Achieve Quotas:

Maintain your personal while scaling team sales to meet local clients’ expectations.

Team Development:

Cultivate a high-performance sales team by providing comprehensive training and development.

Market Engagement:

Engage diverse customer segments, including winback customers, income-constrained customers, existing customers, and new market expansion areas.

Scale Rapidly:

Grow your team by one agent /week, manage up to 10 + agents, and unlock new markets at 100 products weekly. This is a Ground-Floor Leadership Opportunity and a Permanent position with significant opportunities for growth and development. Direct a key initiative from its inception

What We’re Looking For:

We want battle-hardened D2D leaders who live for the close and deliver no matter what. If you’re stuck under some rookie contract holder getting rich off your grind, this is your escape.

Door-to-Door Experience :

3+ years closing face-to-face, with consistent sales.

Outside Sales Proof :

You’ve generated leads and closed deals in the field.

Leadership Fire :

Experience coaching or mentoring reps, even on the fly, with a focus on wins.

Money Hunger :

You’re driven by big checks and won’t stop until you cash them.

Mobility :

Valid driver’s license and vehicle to cover territories.

Tech Skills :

Can use our CRM portal and mobile apps for tracking. Physical Demands Knock doors and walk neighborhoods 6-8 hours/day. Work outside in any weather—rain, heat, cold. Carry light gear (tablet, brochures).

Earning Potential & Commissions:
Attractive Commission Structure:

Earn $350 on Internet and an additional $150 if the customer adds a FREE Line of Mobile
