Be a Front-Line Ambassador and Drive Verizon FiOS Growth inProvidence! Join Equity Management as a Door-to-DoorRepresentative. Equity Management, an established businessconsultancy with unparalleled expertise in developing successfultrademark licensing programs and a significant associate of VerizonFiOS, is currently hiring highly motivated Door-to-DoorRepresentatives in Providence. This is your chance to be on thefront lines, directly engaging with potential customers andbringing the power of Verizon FiOS to their homes! As aDoor-to-Door Representative, you will receive comprehensivetraining to become an expert in Verizon FiOS fiber optic productsand services, understanding every nuance. This program developsexceptional skills in direct communication, building rapport, andclearly articulating value. You will master persuasive sellingtechniques to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
Minimum Qualifications of the Door-to-Door Representative Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required. 0-2 years of experiencein sales, customer service, or a public-facing role; a strongaptitude for sales and a desire to achieve targets is paramount!
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, withthe ability to connect with people quickly and persuasively. Highlyself-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, possessing acompetitive spirit and a relentless drive to meet and exceed salesgoals. Positive attitude and strong work ethic, comfortable withdirect customer engagement and a performance-based compensationstructure (including uncapped commissions!). Adaptable andpersistent, able to handle rejection gracefully and maintainenthusiasm throughout the day, regardless of weather conditions.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing personal salesactivities, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate customerinformation. Reliable and punctual, with a consistent commitment toattendance and adherence to daily schedules for field salesoperations. Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets forsales presentations, order entry, and customer relationshipmanagement (CRM). Reliable transportation, a valid driver’slicense, and current auto insurance are mandatory, as daily travelwithin the Providence metropolitan area to residentialneighborhoods is a core requirement.
