REQUIREMENTS
Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm or age-related damage Educate homeowners on the repair process — insurance or retail Generate leads through marketing, referrals, and self-promotion Guide customers through insurance restoration or retail estimates Take documentation photos, and prepare project details Represent Division 1 Roofing with professionalism and confidence
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and people skills Willingness to knock doors, self-generate leads, and run company leads Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections Reliable transportation A smartphone for inspections and CRM access Self-motivation, time management, and a hunger to grow•both personally and professionally Sales experience is a plus, but not required This is More Than Just a Job — It’s a Launchpad.
