Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments with homeowners to assess and quote their (your services) projects. Conduct on-site evaluations, walking through the home with homeowners to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Utilize our software and quoting calculators to generate detailed quotes on-site. Guide homeowners through the sales process, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rate. Assist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution from estimation to completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and or estimating. (Bonus• if it’s within the trades industry.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimating. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales. Experience or willingness to engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling and door-to-door outreach. Familiarity with using software and quoting calculators for estimating purposes.
