Looking for Experienced Sales People ACD Exteriors Knoxville, TN 37918 Job Summary American Contracting is a local general contractor who specializes in the repair and/or replacement of roofing, siding and gutters damaged during severe weather events. We are looking for experienced salespeople who are comfortable and confident in navigating a typical conversation with a potential customer. Extensive 1 on 1 training is provided. Duties
- Offer free damage inspection for potential clients via targeted door to door sales
- Complete damage inspection
- Sit with customer in home to discuss damages found
- Meet with insurance company to show damage and answer questions
- Handle basic paperwork and data entry Qualifications Proven experience in sales is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
