PM Job Description:

Compton’s Painting is hiring energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Door-to-Door Marketing Team. This role involves walking targeted neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and booking free painting estimates. You’ll play a key role in building our customer base and representing our company in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to Compton’s Painting services Educate potential customers about the benefits of our professional painting services Collect homeowner information and schedule free estimates Track interactions and report daily progress Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and on foot Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus
