The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials, along with the ability to engage with clients effectively. This role involves managing the entire roofing sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities Generate leads through various marketing strategies and networking efforts. Conduct thorough assessments of roofing needs for potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure roofing projects. Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing ongoing support. Utilize technology sales techniques to present roofing solutions effectively. Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling additional services or products related to roofing. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and follow-up after project completion.
