Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, calling, and lead follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct on-site assessments to provide accurate quotes for rescreening services. Present and promote 2H Rescreening services to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of rescreening services is a plus.
