Full Job Description Company Overview:

MTB Marketing connects small and medium-sized businesses with state-supported clean energy programs. We’re expanding our team of independent consultants to help local companies access cost-saving benefits through Community Solar — with no equipment, no installation, and no disruption to existing utility service.

Position Overview:

MTB Marketing is engaging with driven and self-motivated independent contractors to promote Community Solar to businesses. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in performance-driven environments and are passionate about helping companies reduce energy expenses while supporting the transition to renewable energy. You’ll help businesses enroll in local solar farms, enabling them to save up to 10% on their monthly utility bills — without any costs or operational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses Identify decision-makers and explain Community Solar benefits Guide eligible businesses through the enrollment process Operate independently with flexibility and accountability
