Position Summary Information Minimum Qualifications Relevant experience in energy management, building automation systems, and/or data analytics. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in building operations. License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions This position will support the energy management team in conducting in-depth assessments of campus building systems—including HVAC, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing—to identify opportunities for improved efficiency. Duties also include data analysis and collaboration with Facilities Operations staff to implement corrective actions. The position may assist other trades, such as HVAC and Controls, as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience analyzing trends in building automation systems, proficiency with basicputer applications, and the ability to work safely from ladders and in various mechanical spaces across campus. Work Scle/Hours 30 hours per week, spread across four days (Monday through Friday), typically between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Number of Hours Per Week 20-30
