MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be serving in a Full-Time position in HEAP immediately preceding the date of this posting as an Energy Crisis Worker #2; or:
Serving on a permanent or contingent permanent basis as Job Group 5 or 6 with 12 months of experience in the processing and handling of Home Energy Assistance Program applications; and have the following:
A. Completion of two (2) years of study at a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, and two (2) years of office clerical or business experience; or:
B. Four (4) years of office clerical or business experience which involved public contact; or:
C. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).
NOTE:
Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements.
