Sales Representative 7wondersmigrations Waterville, NY 13480 Job Duties and Responsibilities Proactively generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person outreach Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess needs and explain the benefits of heat pump technology Prepare and present clear, customized proposals Maintain detailed records of opportunities and communication using our CRM Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Represent NP Environmental at trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle
General Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales experience preferred (especially in HVAC, solar, or home improvement services) Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, tablets, and mobile apps Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Able to lift up to 50 lbs and conduct physical site visits as needed Willingness to learn about heat pump systems (technical training provided)
