In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on energy solutions, primarily focusing on solar energy options. You will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting sustainable energy practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the energy sector, and possess excellent customer service skills. Duties Engage with potential clients through various channels, including Business -to-Business outreach and scheduled appointments. Assess client needs and provide tailored energy solutions that align with their requirements. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services to educate clients on benefits and features. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales while maintaining profitability. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving overall performance. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within the energy sector or related fields such as solar or technical sales. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous for managing customer relationships effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
