Job Description

Seeking a HVAC Sales Representative for a leading commercial and industrial heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) service company in the Southeast. This position will be out of Charleston, SC. Pay rate : $70 K-90 K plus Bonus (Pay is based on experience) OR let us know what you need

HVAC Sales Representative:
Business Development:

Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market (industrial, commercial). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts (engineers, contractors, architects). Attend industry events (trade shows, conferences) to generate leads and build relationships •

Project Development:

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Conduct site visits, perform system assessments, and gather project requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop optimal HVAC solutions. Prepare and submit project bids and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. •

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle. Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. •

Technical Expertise:

Possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including: Air conditioning and refrigeration systems Heating systems (boilers, chillers, etc.) Building automation systems (BAS) Energy-efficient technologies Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. •

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Track and report sales activity and performance metrics. Continuously improving sales strategies and techniques . Qualifications for

HVAC Sales Representative:

5+ years of experience in HVAC industry, preferably within the industrial or commercial sector. Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
