POSITION SUMMARY
TheMembership Outreach Specialist is an outside healthcare salesrepresentative who is responsible for achieving goals throughgenerating sales leads of potential Medicare eligible Seniors asprospect patients, managing them through the pipeline ultimately tobecome patients of Sage Health. The individual in this role willnurture relationships with senior citizens, local communitypartners, contracted plan Captive agents and Independent Brokers inthe area. The incumbent will create and manage events in thecommunity that attract Seniors, driving sales leads into thefunnel. What you”ll do
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
With the support oftheir local Sales Manager, the CRC will develop, implement andexecute a productive monthly and quarterly sales plan that willachieve new patient goals Plans and executes local community events(tabletop events, health fairs, partner with local food banks etc)that will help reach our target audience of Medicare eligiblesenior citizens who are typically underserved and 55 years of age+. Generate leads by prospecting, building and maintaining theabove relationships throughout the community. Cultivate solidrelationships with contracted health plan agents, independentbrokers, senior housing leaders, senior recreation centers, localchurches etc. Educate potential patients on our services at localevents and through health agents, ultimately giving them apersonalized tour of our center, introducing them to our PCP’s andstaff. Deliver highest level of sales and customer service toprospects, patients, health agents and community partners. Continueto nurture ongoing relationships with patients that join Sage,assuring that they remain satisfied with our services Attendregularly scheduled sales meetings that would include local,regional and/or national, being prepared to share sales plans withresults. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Outside sales/account managementexperience required (minimum of 2 years) High school diploma orequivalent Healthcare knowledge a plus Detail oriented andproficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) Musthave extensive CRM experience such as Salesforce Have high energy,be self-motivated and wish to control their own income Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Must have strong publicspeaking and presentation skills to large groups. Have reliabletransportation and valid state issued drivers license.
