Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. Promote and sell a wide range of laboratory testing services (e.g., clinical diagnostics, blood work, toxicology, PCR, wellness panels, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within your network and beyond. Educate clients on our lab’s capabilities, turnaround times, quality assurance processes, and unique service advantages. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients. Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor activity to position our services effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical sales with a focus on laboratory services. Must have an existing book of business and strong industry relationships. Deep understanding of the medical laboratory industry, including workflow, testing modalities, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a dynamic portfolio of clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
