Description Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and develop newcustomer opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound leadfollow-up. Utilize phone, email, and social platforms to engagecustomers and generate interest in clinical instrumentation. Expandexisting customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities foradvanced solutions. Respond to inquiries generated from marketingcampaigns, website activity, and trade shows. Support productlaunches, promotional initiatives, and targeted outreach campaigns.

Collaborate with sales leadership to assess new market segments anddevelop strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM(Salesforce). Build relationships with lab professionals, clinicalstaff, and procurement stakeholders. Stay informed on competitiveproducts, industry trends, and clinical applications. Clearly andeffectively communicate product benefits and applications toclinical end-users. ProfileRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or arelated field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of inside salesexperience, preferably in clinical, laboratory, or medical devicesectors. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translatecomplex technical information into clear value propositions.

Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Organized,self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remoteenvironment. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and managemultiple opportunities simultaneously. A collaborative team playerwith a problem-solving mindset and a passion for customerengagement.

Job Offer Benefits:

$85,000 – $90,000 base salaryAnnual bonus, based on individual performance If role becomespermanent, additional benefits will become available.
