In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through B2B engagements, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative medical device technology solutions. This position requires presence in the OR of Hospitals in Central Florida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct medical device sales and business development, with the ability to generate leads and conduct product demonstrations effectively, with an existing relationship with hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Florida area. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth. Conduct direct sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to finalizing contracts. Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to meet client needs. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. Identify new business opportunities within the technology sector to expand market reach. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology industry. Strong skills in direct medical sales, lead generation, and sales management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients. Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in conducting product demos that effectively showcase features and benefits. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement in sales techniques. Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus but not mandatory.
