Job DescriptionThe EVERSANA/Iterum Therapeutics Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting

ORLYNVAH

™ to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, distribution process and all other developments related to promoted products. The Representative will professionally represent our client in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

™ the first and only oral penem antibiotic, approved for the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infection(s) (uUTI) caused by certain bacteria (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, or Proteus mirabilis) in adult women who have limited or no alternative oral antibacterial treatment options. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulationsEffectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of

through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.

Work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, report generation, etc.

Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity.

Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulationsExecute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activitiesSupport targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs/ initiatives as identified by sales managementEnsure territory sales strategy execution using annual territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reportsAccurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports in a timely function and within deadlines defined by leadershipAttend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadershipBalance territory and regional work and projects while maintaining solid level of sales performanceExhibit solid level of skill in competenciesDemonstrate sales influence within territoryTravel as needed throughout the territory (to include overnights) to see targeted HCPs as required by call plan All other duties as assigned#LI-CG1Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of skills and experience2•4 years of successful pharmaceutical selling or relevant medical sales experience as evidenced by historical performance rankings in previous organizationsExperience executing total office call in a primary care or specialty settingExperience calling on Primary Care, Urology, OB/GYN, Infectious Disease strongly preferredKnowledge in the antibacterial/infectious disease therapeutic area industry preferredExperience leveraging knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with HCPs, pharmacies, and other key stakeholdersProven ability to understand disease states, patient profiles, and treatment pathways to articulate and routinely present clinical informationProven track record of documented sales success which includes meeting or exceeding territory performance goals and achieving national levels of recognitionPrior experience promoting newly launched products(s), strongly preferredConsultative patient-centric selling experienceStrong understanding of product flow through Specialty Pharmacy, strongly preferredPossess strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skillsProven ability to think strategically and work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
