This is not device or pharmaceutical sales—we’re focused on promoting high-impact medical services that improve quality of life. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of real-world experience , having already navigated the early stages of their career. You’re comfortable operating independently, building strong business relationships, and owning your outcomes.
You’re sharp, organized, and know how to build trust without needing a script. What You’ll Do Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Represent our medical facilities through community engagement, outreach, and local networking Identify and develop new opportunities with referral partners, professionals, and business owners Manage full-cycle sales efforts—from prospecting to relationship nurturing Plan and coordinate local events Use CRM software to track leads and maintain pipeline accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with business sellers and third-party vendors ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the business transaction process Collaborate with leadership to discover service innovations and potentially patentable ideas Contribute strategically— think like an owner and help shape how we grow What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of post-graduation professional experience , with a foundation in business development, sales, or consulting Background in medical services, legal services, or B2B professional sales preferred Proven success in building and sustaining long-term client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy autonomy, ownership, and fast-paced growth Skilled in communication, follow-through, and strategic outreach CRM-savvy and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously A thoughtful, motivated presence who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and smart growth Must reside and be able to travel within the New Orleans metro area and be comfortable in face-to-face environments Logistics & Pay Monday to Friday | Full-time | Virtual & In Field New Orleans Metro travel required Base salary + bonus pay Event-based perks and long-term growth potential for high performers
