We believe in building long-term relationships — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to do just that. Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency in Connecticut and Massachusetts, creating new partnerships with healthcare facilities including hospitals, long-term care centers, clinics, and more. We’re looking for someone who understands the healthcare landscape and can confidently open doors, build trust, and close deals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare facility leads
  • Outreach to HR directors, administrators, and clinical leaders through calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Present our staffing solutions for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied health roles
  • Represent the agency at events, networking functions, and trade shows
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients
  • Maintain clear records and tracking through CRM tools
  • Meet monthly goals for outreach, connections, and signed contracts What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience (staffing industry a plus)
  • A strong understanding of healthcare facility needs and decision-making dynamics
  • Confidence and professionalism in building new connections
  • A reputation for being resourceful, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Experience with CRMs or client tracking systems
