Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical productby executing strategic sales initiatives. Implement strategicbusiness plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for theassigned territory. Build and maintain relationships withhealthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on productbenefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage. Develop and implementterritory business plans to maximize product adoption and marketpenetration. Conduct sales presentations, deliver compellingproduct messaging, and address customer inquiries effectively. Stayinformed on market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Utilizedata-driven insights to identify opportunities, track salesperformance, and optimize territory management. Adhere toregulatory and compliance guidelines while maintaining ethical andprofessional sales practices. Participate in training programs,sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on productknowledge and industry best practices. What do you need for thisposition?
