Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Membership Specialist, you will be the face of RedX, engaging with our potential and current members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting potential members in choosing the right membership option. Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Utilizing your knowledge of fitness and health to answer member inquiries and offer guidance. Utilizing social media platforms creatively to promote RedX and engage with our community. Attending community events and outreach events to spread brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. Proficiency and creativity in using social media platforms. Ability to work evenings and a minimum of one Saturday morning shift per month. Proactive and productive attitude, enjoying a fast-paced environment. Why Join RedX?
