Member Service Representative (MSR) Job Description We are seeking a Member Service Representative to handle inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. As an MSR, you will provide information about our products and services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and optimal member experiences. You will perform transactions and related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs, while advising members on other products that may suit their needs. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and requests from members and individuals in a structured contact center environment. Provide comprehensive information regarding products and services. Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members on additional products and services that meet their needs. Maintain compliance with policies in handling high volume inbound and outbound calls. Essential Skills Proven customer service skills. Experience with data entry. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. Adaptability to multiple systems. Strong active listening and engagement methods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles. Background in banking/mortgage or professional environments.
