TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola! Job Description To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation Provide information regarding the company’s products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
Schedule:
Multiple shifts available Monday
- Saturday (Sundays off & one weekday off), 12:30pm
- 10:00pm, 1:30pm
- 11:00pm, 3:00pm
- 12:30am, 3:30pm
- 1:00am Hybrid schedule AFTER training
Training Schedule:
First 6-8 weeks onsite, Monday
- Friday 7:30am
- 4:00pm
CST Pay:
