This role involves engaging with players to enhance their experience, providing information about club benefits, and ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Greet and assist players upon their arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Greets buses requiring the explanation of the facility. Assists special promotions and any other customer service related functions. Must have a thorough knowledge of the entire facility and scheduled events or initiatives. Ensures the safety and security of guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Tracks and issues player cards for new and existing accounts Redeems points from accounts for patrons for cash or prizes Assists with weekly and large scale slot tournaments, including registration. Provide detailed information about Players Club membership benefits, promotions, and events. Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Promote club events and activities to encourage participation among members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and health regulations. Skills Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
