$20-$23/hour | PTO eligible after 6 months Role Overview The Membership Director at
AREA CENTRE
leads membership growth, client relations, and daily operations. You’ll manage our coworking and padel spaces while creating a welcoming, community-driven environment. This part-time role is ideal for a proactive, bilingual, and people-oriented professional. Ideally, the candidate should reside within a commutable distance from the City of Doral, FL. Key Responsibilities Office Management Oversee daily operations of coworking and padel facilities Manage vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security) Maintain amenities and supplies (coffee, meeting rooms, office inventory) Troubleshoot basic IT/Wi-Fi issues Manage incoming mail and packages Enforce policies and ensure a clean, professional space Member Services & Support Serve as main contact for members and guests Learn member names and build relationships Onboard new members and provide welcome kits, tours, and system access Address facility or tech issues proactively Collect and respond to feedback to improve satisfaction Events & Community Engagement Plan events (mixers, padel tournaments, workshops) Collaborate with marketing to promote events Drive member engagement and upsell premium services Handle partnerships and collaborations with other companies/brands Sales & Tours Conduct tours and present membership options Close sales and meet monthly targets Help retain members and boost referrals Additional Duties Receive, sort, and manage mail Collaborate with marketing on content and social media Support access control and provide local recommendations Key Qualifications 1-2 years in community management, customer service, sales, or hospitality Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized multitasker with tech proficiency (CRM, coworking tools) Friendly, proactive, and community-driven Experience in events, marketing, or padel/fitness a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
