Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in members and guests, creating a positive first impression Process new memberships, renewals, and various payments accurately Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing clear information about facilities and services Conduct club tours for prospective members, highlighting amenities and membership benefits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces Assist with scheduling and coordinating club events and activities Resolve member concerns and escalate issues when necessary Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Ensure compliance with all club policies and safety procedures
