Under the general supervision of the Assistant Branch ManagerII, performs a variety of member service and other related deposit andlending servicing duties to meet the service objectives and ensureeffectiveness of member service in conformance with established CreditUnion policies, strategies and procedures.

Key Job Requirements:

Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise toprovide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the membersserved by the Credit Union while performing all duties in accordancewith prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Credit UnionPolicies and procedures. Accurately processes a variety of membertransactions in accordance with cash handling procedures and policy(deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, etc). Balancescash, work and ensures proper documentation is signed and stamped at endof day. Serves as a Member Services Representative. Provides a widevariety of member service. Opens various types of accounts and assistswith a wide variety of transactions. Troubleshoots and reconcilesproblems and/or complaints referred by members and/or Tellers. Maintainscurrent knowledge of all Credit Union products and services. Activelycross sells and provides product guidance to members.

• Refers membersto specialized departments as appropriate.

Is accountable for performingkey job requirements of a Member Service Representative and a Teller.

Serves as a loan interviewer. Interviews and completes loan applicationsfor the consumer loans offered by the Credit Union. Provides financialadvice concerning loan options and features. Processes online consumerloan applications.

Related Responsibilities:

Uses Greylock’s principlesof Relationship Decisioning. Assists members on any problems on existingaccounts. Provides guidance and troubleshoots account errors. Performsfile maintenance of member account information. Promotes the CreditUnion wherever and whenever possible. Encouraged to actively representthe Credit Union in local civic, community and professionalorganizations. The above is a description of the ordinary duties of theposition. Position Requirements:

High School diploma or its equivalentplus specialized course work and training.

Preferred:

Three or moreyears in a Teller position. Demonstrates a positive, professionalcommunication style and quality member service, with effectiveorganizational and interpersonal skills, while meeting assigneddeadlines. Ability to work independently and in a remote location.

Preferred:

Good working knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Preferred:

A basic understanding of compliance regulations adhered to inthe branch network. Ability to use various types of office equipment,spread sheet applications, adding machines, cash recyclers (asapplicable) and PC proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to liftup to 25 pounds and stand for a long period of time. Ability to work ina high-volume work environment.
