Member Services Representative I Haywood EMC 376 Grindstone Rd, Waynesville, NC 28785 As a member driven cooperative, we are excited to be adding to our Member Services team. The Member Services Representative provide courteous, professional and prompt assistance to the general public and member-owners desiring electric service connections/disconnections, information, explanations or assistance in understanding rate schedules, bills, cooperative programs, energy management, load management, capital credits and demonstrates a desire and willingness to assist the general public and members and create favorable public relations channels. This position is a cheerleader for promoting services of the cooperative and their use by membership.
