Responsibilities:
Facility Excellence
- Ensure that facility’s equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards. Membership & Personal Training Sales
- Responsible for signing up members and managing member requests following the process determined by the leadership team. Service Excellence
- Provide gym tours, guidance, and offer value-added services to help members achieve results. Responsiveness and outreach to any requests in a timely manner. Member Engagement/Involvement
- Motivate members and staff to bring their best every day leading by example. Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged. Marketing Outreach
- Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
