Your role will involve assisting members with inquiries, promoting membership benefits and services, and ensuring a positive experience within our facility. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist members as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Innovate new ways to reach potential members Sign on members and generate leads Address member inquiries and provide information about membership benefits, services, and promotions. Assist with taking phone calls & emails for reservations Maintain membership onboarding & billing cycles Give tours of the facility Ensure strong relationships with reciprocal Clubs & coordinate with them for member visits. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve overall service quality. Assist with Social Media, and weekly newsletters. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, fine dining, or country clubs is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage members positively. Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, & Mail Chimp a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
