DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This position is an administrative and customer service professional committed to the Center’s guests, members, and beneficiaries. This position must support recruitment, retention and events with members and coordinate services with Ticketing, Guest Services and the CFCC Foundation. Due to the operating hours and variety of tasks involved in this position, it is critical that this position works with a great deal of independence and sound judgement
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND
EXERCISEDReceives immediate supervision from the Strategic Partnerships Manager.
Provides indirect supervision over Volunteer Corps, part-time Event Staff and interns.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES ESSENTIAL AND OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Together with Strategic Partnerships Manager, support all strategies and leads for member cultivation, solicitation, and relationship buildingSupport member reporting, tracking and dataCommunicate regularly and as needed with members to assist in members’ ticket purchases and/or benefit usage and work directly with Ticketing to fulfill those needsCreate office systems to support member projects and operations• Manage renewal and pledge payment reminders and acknowledgement programs and other printAttend community events related to member cultivationParticipate in outreach activities and performances outside regular business hours• Be vigilant and proactive in anticipating and meeting guest needs during an event
