Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Communication Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests and members. Assist with member billing issues, membership freezes/cancellations, and general account support. Help educate new members and guests on open play, court reservations, programs, and club policies. Answer phones, respond to emails and route communications appropriately. Collaborate with coaches and staff to confirm lesson payments and answer member inquiries. Operations & Administration Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times. Monitor inventory levels of and notify manager for reorder. Follow and help enforce all club policies, cleaning checklists, and operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness/recreation facilities preferred. Clear communicator with a friendly, energetic personality and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with basic administrative tools (spreadsheets, email platforms, booking systems). Interest or basic understanding of pickleball (training provided if needed). Ideal Qualities Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and handles member concerns with professionalism. Team player who keeps lines of communication open between departments. Self-starter who takes initiative to improve processes and enhance the member experience. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with variable traffic levels.

Schedule & Compensation:

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and special events. Compensation based on experience with opportunities for advancement. Training and pickleball education provided for the right candidate.

How do you create a welcoming environment for new and returning club members?
