out of 5 stars 111 Kings Road, Madison, NJ 07940 We’re looking for friendly, reliable Member Services team members to join our evening and weekend shifts as the welcoming face of the Y! The Member Services Rep is responsible for front desk operations—greeting members, answering questions, managing transactions, and supporting a safe, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members and guests Answer phones and respond to inquiries Sell and process memberships and programs Handle cash and balance transactions Provide tours and promote Y programs Support daily facility operations and safety Serve as a liaison between members and staff
