If you have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and prospects with a warm, professional attitude
- Conduct studio tours and explain membership options
- Sell memberships and retail products
- Handle front desk operations, including scheduling and responding to inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Support the team in meeting sales goals and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Compensation:
- $18/hour
- Commission and Bonuses Principals only.
