Membership Sales Representative 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Howard Beach, NY 11414 Job Summary LA Fitness is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential members, guiding them through our offerings and helping them find the best membership plan to meet their fitness goals. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, giving club tours, and closing membership sales while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Proactively engage with prospective members via phone calls, walk-ins, and outreach campaigns. Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting club features and amenities. Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participate in in-club and community marketing events to drive new memberships. Maintain accurate records of production and sales activities in our CRM system. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the club as needed. Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current members. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach and increase membership enrollment. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail. Passion for health and fitness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong background in lead generation techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays as needed. Benefits Complimentary gym membership.
