Job Description
Gaming Staff 1.1 1.1 out of 5 stars Rock Hill, SC 29730 Assist guests with the games, including proper maintenance of the simulator and equipment. Foster a culture of our Mission Statement with all guests and coworkers.
EXPECTATIONS
Knowledgeable about all Simulator/Bowling programs. Assist guests with SimulatorBowling from start to finish of all interactions. Maintain, clean and sanitize all equipment. Deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication. Charging admission on POS and answering the phone. Supervising adults, teenagers and children using equipment. Assisting with accidents that occur and giving first aid, if needed. De-escalating possible troublemakers and dealing with complaints.
